Alfa romeo service near Long Beach, CA

Took them over two weeks for the repairs. Asked them to keep us updated, but never did. Only when we called did we find out about delays parts needed to be ordered, etc. $5K worth of work, I think it's okay to expect to be treated a bit more professionally.

I think you overcharged me with the oil change service. For the same service in other places, I only paid $60-$65.

It's too early to give any comments now let me drive few hundred miles then I'll be able to give any comments. So far everything seems to be OK.

Last week I had the alternator replaced on my 1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria and had this car smog checked. This was the second time I have had work done on this particular car but in the past they serviced a 1990 Lexus LS 400 that I used to own. I commend them for their integrity, the excellent quality of their work, and their reasonable prices. I highly recommend them. Ed C. Cypress, CA

Fantastic service and really great prices. When there was a discrepancy between the numbers that were shared with me initially, they honored the cheaper price and were extremely helpful walking me through the repairs.

I took my car for valve adjustments and was told that one of my piston was broken so I removed the head to find out that was not true. They took my $180 that could have been for the valve adjustment. Would not recommend this place. (657) 347- 6402. SMH

Came for oil change even though it was busy my car was finished in a timely manner very pleased bringing my car here for service.

I got my latest set of new (Michelin Defender) tires today along with alignment on my 2013 Prius. The car noise levels, steering, and ride are much improved. My car was acting up while I was out of town and both Chris and Tony assured me that everything was going to be ok and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Best customer service and auto service ever! I've gone to multiple auto shops from Santa Barbara to Riverside and I had yet to receive the customer service I got here and auto service.
