Glad I took a recommendation to try this place for bodywork cracking on a vehicle after dealing with several not so honest mechanics. Ricardo and company are extremely professional, honest, and timely. Don't waste your time and money on other mechanics. Well worth the distance to get here and the quality of their work is unmatched. Staff was helpful and did not try to haggle me with ridiculous prices or false claims. Once I was going to be late for work with two flat tires. Luckily I was close to this place and they were willing to take me in. Once the repair and rotation of the tires were done, I was charged nothing! That's right nothing, I couldn't believe it. OET had my problem diagnosed within two hours and had my car back to me within the same day. I was shocked when I was told that the problem was minor. My repair cost substantially less than I expected. I knew then, that I had finally found an honest mechanic.

Went here on a referral with a coupon to have AC service. Mechanic did a good job , didn't try to up charge me. Honesty and integrity very much appreciated don't find that with a lot of mechanics these days!

This was the only place that can get my tire on the fly. I have a tire size that's hard to find quickly and The pricing was perfect. The service was great!! And pretty quick. I came in today and will be back in a few weeks for more work. I had a screw that was in a very bad area of my tire preventing it to be repaired. These guys are awesome Francisco has the best customer service he's staying after closing to solve a problem with my dad's ac. The cost isn't worth staying after but he goes above and beyond. This is my new place to bring my truck and refer my friends and family to, not only is it low priced service they are also honest. The service at Rick's was terrific! I was on my way to take my son back to UC Irvine from Agoura when my battery and engine lights came on. It turns out I needed a new alternator and belts. Rick went out of his way to accomodate my schedule. He fixed my car promptly which enabled me to get my son back to UCI to attend class that afternoon. Came here because I had a flat tire. But not only that I needed an oil change so this individual camilo took care of me really fast. Within a 2 week period, 3 of my 4 tires had nails and screws found in them. I had to purchase a new tire for the first situation. The following week I had to make another visit for damage done to 2 other tires. They heard about my belief as to why I am experiencing this. Fixed the problem tires and sent me on my way..... NO CHARGE! They made a bad situation into a situation where I could be grateful for something. Thank you so much to the manager of Hermosa Beach American Tire Depot. It meant a lot!! I will be back! Excellent service… very professional, honest, on time and most important FAIR… Bruce, the owner, is very knowledgeable and really makes a big difference when you need to trust someone who will tell you whats wrong with your car…I have an older model MB, and instead of performing the services at the dealer, i started to take it to Bruce… He saved me hundreds and hundreds of $$$… HIGHLY recommended!!!

Joey is excellent! He is quick and accurate when diagnosing your car and explains everything very thoroughly. I've had issues on the road before and contacted him at odd hours and he responded quickly! Which shows he just isn't in the business to get your repair money he is genuinely concerned and wants to keep your car running great. I highly recommend him to anyone who typically goes to a dealer, if you want the one on one attention and a great relationship with your mechanic head to Joeys! I trust my BMW in his hands 100%
