I have 3 cars that I bring to her for all the services and they do an outstanding job. Just recently I brought a vehicle in for a major repair and I was leaving on a business trip. Once the repairs were made, Jaclyn drove it up to my home in San Francisco to personally deliver it to my wife while I was away. Now that's top notch customer service. When I was out of state for 7.5 of those years, I called them for help with my car and they were always responsive. I drive from Pacifica to take my car to their shop in Palo Alto.
