This is one place on where I will be a FOREVER Customer and Loyal at that. Today I had the wrose most horrible day dealing with a set of bad companies that deal with tires. I was out and about for almost 8 hours trying to get my tires replaced due to one of them having a Bad Factory tear on the inside of the tire. I got here at 6:45pm, right before they closed and this AMAZING WONDERFUL Gentleman asked me how I was doing and was super sweet to hear what happened. He said he was sorry for what happened and that he would be happy to help. Within minutes of getting there, the guys out in the garage did the alignment, changed out all 4 tires and also told me that I had 2 other problems with the Tire area and helped me in every way to get my car back on the road safe for me to drive. It took these gentlemen 40 min.s to get it all done right. They helped me with everything, got me a warranty on the tires and more. I couldn't have been anymore happier, they made my day better. Excellent service… very professional, honest, on time and most important FAIR… Bruce, the owner, is very knowledgeable and really makes a big difference when you need to trust someone who will tell you whats wrong with your car…I have an older model MB, and instead of performing the services at the dealer, i started to take it to Bruce… He saved me hundreds and hundreds of $$$… HIGHLY recommended!!!

Joey is excellent! He is quick and accurate when diagnosing your car and explains everything very thoroughly. I've had issues on the road before and contacted him at odd hours and he responded quickly! Which shows he just isn't in the business to get your repair money he is genuinely concerned and wants to keep your car running great. I highly recommend him to anyone who typically goes to a dealer, if you want the one on one attention and a great relationship with your mechanic head to Joeys! I trust my BMW in his hands 100%

This is one mechanic shop that you would like to visit when you really need your car fixed. They really take care of you, very honest, reasonable and they do things right the first time. My wife’s expedition blew a heater hose while at Coffee Bean with steam coming out from under the hood she drove next door to American Tire. The guys “T” as in Mr. T was very helpful, even assisting her a tow to the dealer through AAA (garages don’t typically assist you going elsewhere, but they were helpful). Upon arriving to assess the problem I realized the “new” heater hoses are not hoses at all but rather multisegment manifolds. I felt comfortable with everything explained, they confirmed that the parts were available and it would be done by the end of day and it was. Very happy with the service and how we were treated. 5 star all the way!
