Even though the mechanic was out, the staff were extraordinarily generous with their time and help, and helped me get back on the road that same day. Highly recommend, good people work here! My car broke down on the highway, and I had no idea what the problem was. While I was thankfully towed to the nearby Firebaugh, all the local mechanics had the day off, as it was the Sunday after New Year's. I started to panic because school started the next day for me, in Riverside, 5 hours away. Nonetheless, Brian the tow truck driver, allowed me to use the lot, helped me diagnose the problem, and let me use tools as we scrambled to get me back on the road. I was there for 8 hours, but I absolutely would have been there overnight, and would have been late to school, were it not for his help. Thanks to his generosity, the use of his space, time, tools, and help, I was able to get back on the road that same day. He didn't even charge me for the labor! I highly recommend this establishment, good people work here.

They lie, they steal your money!!I called them to get pre- approved for a vehicle. I faxed over check stubs and all my information. They told me that I qualified that I needed $1,000 down. I took the money and when I gave it to Eleno he told me that there was a problem. that I had to go the next day. I went and they wanted to sell me the CAR THAT THEY WANTED. I told them to just give me my money or I was going to call the police. Eleno told me that I didn't have proof or receipts but I was recording everything on my cell. So he told me to go the next day to pick up a check. They had me waiting 8 hrs waiting for my check.

At the time the closer sold me the warranty upgrade wich was 100,000 bumper to bumper. At 94,000 miles we took the van to the service center for an engine knock. They verfied the knock but said that nissan would not cover the repair because we were over miles on one of the oil changes. They said they called nissan, and nissan requested pictures of the engine. They said they would take the pics. and send them to nissan. If nissan decided not to cover the engine repair, Litha would charge me $450 for taking the pics. I had a bad feeling the warranty would not be honored, so I declined the pics. None of this made any sense to me. Litha verfied the problem and the van is under 100,000 miles. The warrany should cover the engine. Don't go to Litha, and don't buy a nissan.
