I had got myself a used Honda Accord from Okuma Enterprises nearly two years ago, and am really impressed with the way my car runs even now I thought to write this review. To put it precisely, my experience of buying a car from Okuma was simply outstanding. They got me my car at an excellent price and the way it runs even after two years of driving it every day to work is just fantastic. Just want to convey my deepest thanks to you people.

I am a permanent customer of First American Auto Glass. Previously they have repaired my auto glass very efficiently. And this time also they have replaced my door regulator at a very moderate rate. Now I have no trouble in lowering and raising my door glass. They are prompt and courteous tries to provide the best to their customers. I am fully satisfied with their quality of work and exclusive services.

For as long as I've been taking my car to the team here, which is about 6 years now (this was previously a Nappa, with the same team), I have always been listened to genuinely and given considered, expert recommendations for my old car. It's thanks to them that it keeps on going!! Managers Albert, Mitch and the mechanics are top notch, friendly and so helpful! They take the time to listen and explain. At first, having just moved to LA, I used to cross-check their recommendations with a friend who owns a repair shop back where I used to live. Every time, he agreed with the basis for their assessment, plan of action, and price. As an example of their honesty, there was one type of repair that, for the type of car I have, is apparently best done by the dealership, and they told me that up front, rather than just doing the repair themselves without telling me and leaving me with the chance that the car may not work as it should. They have never been pushy and they help me prioritize what needs to be done and what can wait. They have sometimes gone out of their way to help me. The friendliness and reliability with which I'm treated here makes this Napa shop a valuable part of my sense of community here in Hollywood. Staff was helpful and did not try to haggle me with ridiculous prices or false claims. Once I was going to be late for work with two flat tires. Luckily I was close to this place and they were willing to take me in. Once the repair and rotation of the tires were done, I was charged nothing! That's right nothing, I couldn't believe it.
