I brought in my BMW 530i and received marvelous service. I had a chance to speak with one of the mechanics when I first brought my car in, and he was very attentive and on top of things. Throughout the whole process Swiss Motors kept me updated on the scope of work and the cost. When they found issues in addition to the main problem I brought my car in for, they let me know what it was, how important it was to fix, and what the cost would be. I never felt at all pressured to add anything, and I never felt like I was being upsold - all that Swiss Motors cares about is getting your car fixed efficiently and cost effectively, and keeping you updated every step of the way. I needed a rental in the meantime while my car was being repaired, and even though Swiss Motors doesn't offer loaner cars there is a Hertz super close by that worked out just fine. And ever since I got my car back from Swiss Motors it has been running like a dream.

You can buy a toaster at Target or Walmart or Kmart. At either place you will walk away with a toaster that does the job. And it's mostly about getting a better price. Other things in life, like having a dentist, plumber, doctor ... or mechanic ... are about relationships and value (quality versus cost). Many people know that referrals are the best way to find these connections. And once we've found one of these connections, we're very likely to keep it for the long-term. This was the only place that can get my tire on the fly. I have a tire size that's hard to find quickly and The pricing was perfect. The service was great!! And pretty quick. I came in today and will be back in a few weeks for more work. I had a screw that was in a very bad area of my tire preventing it to be repaired. These guys are awesome Francisco has the best customer service he's staying after closing to solve a problem with my dad's ac. The cost isn't worth staying after but he goes above and beyond. This is my new place to bring my truck and refer my friends and family to, not only is it low priced service they are also honest. Hubert has always been good on communicating with me and telling me when something is not needed. I moved to the south bay over 10 years ago and he's always been my 1st call for any of our auto needs. I highly recommend. They specialize in Amsoil and that all I run on my wife's Honda and my F350. Don't get me wrong they have a vary of supplies.

The service at Rick's was terrific! I was on my way to take my son back to UC Irvine from Agoura when my battery and engine lights came on. It turns out I needed a new alternator and belts. Rick went out of his way to accomodate my schedule. He fixed my car promptly which enabled me to get my son back to UCI to attend class that afternoon. The owner, Glen, really knows about taking care of your customers. I didn't know what to expect from an independent BMW repair shop. My factory and extended warranty ran out and I needed a starter replaced and the dealer quoted an arm and a leg! On Sunday evening I left a voice message requesting a quote for the service to my car. I immediately received a text message with a quote early Monday morning. Ruben was not just genuinely a cool guy but very straight forward and open about the quote and diagnostic. The prices beat the other repair shops' I contacted and the experience was way better than what I experienced at the dealer. I even received video clips of him showing me how he replaced the starter and other steps. Honesty, no gimmicks, the best price I explored, great customer service, and I will definitely continue my servicing needs here

This company doesn’t take responsibility for damage caused by negligence of their mechanics. After four tows back and forth to their shop and a fifth to the shop that actually fixed the problem they don’t want to pay for what it costs to fix what was damaged caused at their shop, instead just want to offer a refund. This is like if they didn’t fix your brakes properly and you crash, they would just offer a refund on the brake job and not the damage caused by their negligence. It cost $650 to repair what their mechanic messed up and they want to offer me a $380 refund. Be aware, this company takes no responsibility for their actions. Off to small claims I go...

I recently brought my car in to Chuck Mercier Union 76 because it didn't pass the smog test. I spoke with Gary, and told him my situation. He was more than willing to help me out. He fixed the problem and my car ended up passing the smog test. He is very smart, knowledgeable, and professional when it comes to cars. My family and I have been coming to this place for years and the service has been nothing but wonderful! If anyone is trying to find a good mechanic, try this place out. You won't regret it.

The staff was friendly and performed the alignment check quickly. I was concerned about possible frame damage on a used car that I was considering purchasing and they directly addressed my concern about that issue instead of simply telling me the car was aligned well. My sons Mustang was in our garage seems like forever we tried to get it towed to a shop but they wouldnt send a flat bed tow truck even when we request one about 3xs so my husband decided to put the fuel pump in himself while at the Auto Zone my husband met Ali and Ali gave him some advice and his ph# and said that he was mobile.We then decided to have Ali put the pump in. You can tell he KNOWS what he's doing/talking about.Ali had the fuel pump in it didn't take him long at all. And the price was GREAT!! From now on Ali will be our Mechanic and no one else!! THANK YOU ALI!!!
