We went through 3 different mechanics including the Mercedes Service Department before going to Gold Star. Mike diagnosed the problem with no charge, and his findings were very accurate. We had spend close to $2000 fixing what wasn't even the issue, even Mercedes charging us 280 for diagnosis still couldn't fix the issue. Again ABC steps up to the plate! I had what amounted to a dashboard warning light (and some kind of high-pitched squeal from the engine), just prior to a long-distance trip with my BMW X5. Hugo and team moved me up the line to get it sussed out, figured it was a loose gas cap, sent me on my way under the quoted price and 24 hours ahead of schedule. I trust these guys - TRUST.
