I went to Car Care once to have my Honda Civic repaired. Everything was fine and they were very helpful.

Jorge of Baja's auto tech has done several jobs for me over the last year. He has been honest with me and given me a good price every time. He has not tried to convince me to do something that doesn't really need to be done. He trouble shoots problems like a master mechanic should and only does what makes sense to do. I'm happy that I can trust him and that he gets my job done quickly. I highly reccomend him!

When I first came to California a year ago, my clutch ground completely away from my 1999 VW Jetta and I needed a repair. I was expecting to pay $800, but was billed only $630! Al was terrific and my car drives great now. Al and Jeff at expert mobile have a combined 60 years of experience (I asked) and have incredible service. Since then I go to Al for everything, knowing I will walk away with great service, at a low price, and that he got the job done quickly. I recommend Al to anyone in need of a trustworthy mechanic. (He even helped explain to me that I didn t need some repairs that would have cost me a lot!)

Do NOT take your vehicle here. I was hit by a speeding driver. The front right fender was damaged and hood too. Took them almost two weeks to give me an initial estimate and sign paperwork. The SHOCKER: the $4000 estimate ended up being $6800. But wait for it... Picked up a month later and the A/C was not working. AC was located behind impacted fender. Dropped car back off on Tues. am. They never called me back once or answered any of my emails/ For days and weeks I was put off. I had to call back multiple times to actually get the guy in charge on the phone (Anthony). Finally on Friday, I got a hold of someone who told me that the car wasn't fixed because they had to submit a new estimate and get $$$ before repairing A/C, which should have been repaired in the month they had it. I told them to fix it and worry about getting their money later--that I needed my car. They ignored me and kept me waiting for a response. Now my car is being held against my will, and this place is closed on the weekend. So I still don't have a working vehicle. This all started back in September. This business has horrible communication, worse customer service and now I can report that they are totally incompetent in regards to repairing your vehicle.
