I had a problem with a stuck bolt on my battery terminal and was dreading taking it to a mechanic expecting overpriced labor and hassle. Automedic has changed the way I view Auto Shops. They quoted me at $50-$100 over the phone which I thought immediately was reasonable and in my price range. When I got there the technicians were very friendly and started working on it right away. I was out the door in 30 minutes and was only charged $35 dollars. Fair, Honest, Fast and friendly. I would defiantly recommend this to friends and family.

Very understanding to my situation and was able to offer me a drop off and a pick up ride to and from their shop. Very polite and professional. Mr. Sartorial is a professional and a gentleman. He quoted me 2/3 off the price to do the timing belt on my Kia that my dealer quoted me and got it done in two days. Then, when he heard that I would be riding my bike over to santa rosa to pick up my car, offered to meet me half way at safeway so I wouldn't have to cross the highway and deal with downtown traffic. Good to know that decent mechanics are still out there; I would highly recommend for a friendly, professional and personable tradesman.

My rear bearing was completely screwed and they fixed it in a short amount of time but what was even better was the price and most importantly the customer service. They were extremely nice and made sure I understood the problem. They fixed my car in no time. I will definitely come back to them! Although hopefully I don't have to!

I love going to Clayton Valley Auto Service as Jeff and all those who work there are friendly, knowledgeable and do a very good job. When I had a check engine light Jeff's dad told me right off the top that it could be 4 or 5 different things and they would start out with the least expensive until they found out what the trouble was. I'm still driving that van around 5 years later. I really appreciate the great service they give. They are really great for routine maintenance, and wonderful when I have emergencies.
