AWESOME SERVICE!! I worked with John and he got the job done fast, all while trying to find ways to help me save some money since this repair was out-of-pocket for me!! Save yourself the time shopping estimates and go here! They are SO nice and do a great job! Even better, after I was struck by another car, they gave me the only sane and fair price out of any of the body shops in silverlake and echo park. Hopefully I don't have to go back, but if anything else happens to my car aram is my go to!!!

I've trusted these guys for years with my BMW Z3 - when something's wrong they fix it. If something's not, they don't (and don't invent things that need fixing). And they stand by their work. I've kept my car longer just because I know they are so dependable.

Excellent customer service at this American Tire Depot, I didn't had no problem at the first tire depot in Torrance on Hawthorne Blvd when I purchase my tire set but after today I'm really disapointed I called a appt for my tires to be rotated the guy was able to give me the appt the same day I was happy but meanwhile my truck was getting a oil change @ the dealership which took almost 2hrs instead of 1hr so made me late to my appt at American tire depot in Torrance so I get there and the guy didn't want to help me at all because it was almost 3 o'clock and had 4 cars ahead of me. I wouldn't mind to wait but he didn't even offer me. Instead he wanted to give me an appt for tomorrow, so I started calling all the American Tire depot around my area and found me the 1 in Hawthorne in Rosecrans Ave the guy who answer my called told me to come in and was going to help me with my rotation and they sure did help me ASAP when I got there and was out in less then a 1hr thank you guys so so so much for your help. one of the worst feelings as a car owner is when that red "check engine" light appears...ugh. i brought my truck in today knowing that robert & his crew would be honest with me and let me know if any repairs were truly needed. i feared it was my alternator, a very costly repair... turns out it wasnt, and was related to the ignition box which has been replaced earlier that morning. no repairs were needed! big sigh of relief! i continue to give this business my loyalty because i trust them. bonus is that you get a complimentary car wash with your service. win! win! thank you again silver star !!!
