I've been going to Autowise for years. The people who work there are friendly and professional. Right now my family owns and maintains 5 cars. Autowise services all of them, and I have never been stuck by the side of the road in any of them because they do such good work. That is very important to me, especially when my children are behind the wheel. As far as price goes...cars are not cheap to maintain! I would recommend that you shop around. I brought my BMW into Holland to assess an issue that I was having with my transmission. After the assessment, Holland said that I needed a new transmission, which would cost approximately $8,000.00. I got a 2nd opinion from another repair shop and they said that Holland was grossly incorrect and that my problem was only a minor computer issue. It was an easy fix, my car runs fine now, and the cost was a hundred bucks. I am terribly upset that Holland presumed that I should replace my entire transmission and spend $8000 when it was only a small issue with my car computer that should have been diagnosed correctly in the first place. I trusted Holland and I was misled.
