First off they aren't cheap, but no German car repair is, but what you get is quality with them. They didn't overcharge, they're straight forward and broke the billing down really well. They even washed my car, maybe even waxed it. Car smelled better than when I gave it to them and they were working under the hood. Now that's service. When my car breaks down again like all good bmws do, I'll bring it back. Travis Chaney

Working with and speaking directly to the owners of the company, Dave & Mike, makes a difference. They show a high level of expertise and customer service. On one occasion when the diagnoses showed a problem with the emission system, rather than fix it and charge me, they informed me of CA's extended emission warranty and sent me back to the dealership to get it repaired under warranty. On another occasion, when I rolled in with a fairly minor request, they provided a quick fix free of charge and sent me on my way with a smile. What an unexpected “Wow!” I like doing business with fair and honest people whom I can rely on and trust. I will gladly continue to do business with Mike and Dave!
