Jorge of Baja's auto tech has done several jobs for me over the last year. He has been honest with me and given me a good price every time. He has not tried to convince me to do something that doesn't really need to be done. He trouble shoots problems like a master mechanic should and only does what makes sense to do. I'm happy that I can trust him and that he gets my job done quickly. I highly reccomend him!

What a PROFESSIONAL and CARING Office Manager. In addition, he's very KNOWLEDGEABLE, POLITE and knows how to treat a Customer right. He explains things thoroughly and in simple terms making it easy to understand your quote, repairs, etc. We've had a complete AAA bumper-to-bumper diagnostic analysis done on our vehicles. We took the laundry lists to Reliable Auto Repair to have them perform the actual repairs. After their review and inspection of AAA's reported problems, we were told by Reliable that some of the reported problems were unnecessary. As we trusted their judgement, expertise and workmanship, we went with their recommendations. As a result, this saved us hundreds of dollars! This is the ONLY place I take my Porsche. Don and his team provide excellent service. An example : My alternator went out & after a night on the trickle charge I thought I could make it over. Unfortunately my care died only a few blocks away. I explained my situation to Don and he sent a mechanic over with an extra battery to assist me in completing the journey to the shop.
