Star Auto Service is amazing. They really do the job right and take care of their customers. From the shuttle service to calling and giving me updates, I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even gave me a loaner car -- a Mustang which is considerably cooler than the minivan I left for repair. I've had a problem with an automatic side door that wouldn't stay open. The dealer spent an entire day and insisted I'd have to replace the whole door. I brought it to Star Auto and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. My next door neighbor in Orange recommended this shop to find help for my creaking suspension and wearing on my new front tires that were wearing on the inside tread to the silver wires. Pep Boys could not fix it and told me after two trips to them to find a suspension shop. This shop was just a phone call away and took me in immediately on Friday August 3, 2012. My 1987 Nissan had quick attention and work began immediately to get my car back to me that afternoon! Their work included replacing the driver's side axle which had a badly ripped and torn axle boot, gravely worn strut rod bushings and axle arm bolts. Of course I had to replace the worn tire also. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and worn out parts were also shown to me. Their advice on my other questions to check out my car's condition was most helpful. Wow, a very serious problem was fixed with fast, courteous services. Even better than the fast service, their prices were reasonable also. Thank you Plaza Mufflers! Just ask for "Johnny."

I had backed into a curb and twisted my muffler. It was leaking exhaust and making quite a racket. The Tru-Line guys assessed the problem and got me same day over to a great muffler shop to get it fixed up. So technically they didn't repair it, but they diagnosed it and got me taken care of with a great muffler shop. Great service. Quick. I'd go back again.
