The work was completed quickly and had no problems.

The staff was friendly and performed the alignment check quickly. I was concerned about possible frame damage on a used car that I was considering purchasing and they directly addressed my concern about that issue instead of simply telling me the car was aligned well. While waiting outside, they got a chair for me to sit in, so that was nice, too. Chris Morris

I recently brought my car in to Chuck Mercier Union 76 because it didn't pass the smog test. I spoke with Gary, and told him my situation. He was more than willing to help me out. He fixed the problem and my car ended up passing the smog test. He is very smart, knowledgeable, and professional when it comes to cars. My family and I have been coming to this place for years and the service has been nothing but wonderful! If anyone is trying to find a good mechanic, try this place out. You won't regret it.

Eddie did a great job on all of my vehicles, never any problems or complaints. Glad I took a recommendation to try this place for bodywork cracking on a vehicle after dealing with several not so honest mechanics. Ricardo and company are extremely professional, honest, and timely. Don't waste your time and money on other mechanics. Well worth the distance to get here and the quality of their work is unmatched. Came here for the first time a few months ago, just taking a chance a bit skeptical but the owner Souk quickly put my nerves and worries at ease, he was cool and easy to talk to and he seamed to care more about me as a customer and less about my money. We went through 3 different mechanics including the Mercedes Service Department before going to Gold Star. Mike diagnosed the problem with no charge, and his findings were very accurate. We had spend close to $2000 fixing what wasn't even the issue, even Mercedes charging us 280 for diagnosis still couldn't fix the issue. I am so happy and grateful to Mike, he was so generous, professional, experienced, and courteous, we've finally found an honest and extremely experienced mechanic. I will recommend Gold Star to all my friends and family. I rate Gold Star a 10!!!!!!!
