I was looking for an honest, straight forward, no-glitz service shop who could take care of our 2 Subaru's. I Yelped the Walnut Creek area and found Car Doctor with straight A's. That piqued my interest. After reading the other reviews, I thought I would give Car Doctor a try. I know my cars histories inside out, as I keep a spreadsheet on their services, mileage when anything happens, etc. I even know how many millimeters are left on my brake pads. I was 99% sure I needed rear shocks, and I knew the rear brakes on the wagon were very low. And that's what also Car Doctor said. No up sale, no gimmicks, just the honest truth.

Sunset Garage deserves more stars than 5. I have fired so many mechanics in my life, and it must have been because I was waiting to find Georges and his crew. I have been using them for well over ten years and am one of their biggest fans. I ALWAYS recommend them anytime somebody brings up an auto issue. They can fix just about any auto out there, and can even tell you the "lemons" to avoid when you are out looking for a new or newer vehicle. Again, THANKS GEORGES!! You are the best. Steven H. 007 mb e350 I have been to these guys two times and both times they handled my car and service with amazing care and detail. First time was for a service check up and their price was unbeatable by anyone within a 10 to 20 miles radius. Second time my car would not start when it was cold in the morning. So I took it to them and after having a diagnostic, turned out my crankshaft sensor was no good. They fixed and teat everything and so far the car runs amazing. Will check back within a week to see if any more problems shows up. Thanks autowerk eurpean definitely my go to guys!

I brought in my 1987 Dodge B150 van. Yes, a really old van that wouldn't pass smog. A "gross polluter" per the smog shop. Michele and Dennis worked on my car diligently to figure out what the issue was. Turns out the timing was way off. After 2nd smog test, the van no.'s were really good to a low emissions vehicle. Yeah! Dennis also pointed out that my steering column was very loose. In the past, I've been told that the whole steering column needs to be replaced. But here at GF Automotive, it might be repaired, saving me a whole lot of money. GF is an honest auto mechanic shop. Hard to come by these days. Thank you Michele and Dennis for all your help!

I love going to Clayton Valley Auto Service as Jeff and all those who work there are friendly, knowledgeable and do a very good job. When I had a check engine light Jeff's dad told me right off the top that it could be 4 or 5 different things and they would start out with the least expensive until they found out what the trouble was. I'm still driving that van around 5 years later. I really appreciate the great service they give. They are really great for routine maintenance, and wonderful when I have emergencies.

I made the biggest mistake by taking my car to autos international , they have had my car for the last 4 months and everytime i call about the progress the people can not even give me any information and keep telling me that they are working on it. I can not even describe how angry I am with this company, the people are very rude and have no idea what is going on. I always get the same answer , let me check and see whats going on with it. . my god people , I had to go out and buy another car just to get to work thanks to this so called repair shop. I have discoverd by googling Autos international that this repair shop has an excessive amount of complaints and others have or are experiencing the same problems with this shop. I guess I should have did better research before i took it to them. I have had no choice but to get a lawyer now and will be suing this shop for the cost of the repair and my loss of income thanks to their inability to repair my car. DO NOT GET FOOLED PEOPLE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS REPAIR SHOP , THEY ARE FULL OF LIES
