Volvo service near Placerville, CA

First time I've been here but I've been recommended by multiple people. Superb work! First off they aren't cheap, but no German car repair is, but what you get is quality with them. They didn't overcharge, they're straight forward and broke the billing down really well. They even washed my car, maybe even waxed it. Car smelled better than when I gave it to them and they were working under the hood. Now that's service. When my car breaks down again like all good bmws do, I'll bring it back. Travis Chaney

I've been to these guys before for an alternator replacement and they did a great job. When I realized my car was leaking oil I brought my car to them to find out what was going on. They took the time to look carefully for the source of the leaks and found the valve cover gasket had shrunk over time and the bolts had worked their way loose. They also noted that the radiator and heater hoses were old and cracked. The car was leaking oil AND water! Nathan and Kevin replaces the gaskets and hoses, tightened the bolts and attended to a few other issues. I got my car back running like new! I'm really impressed with their attention to detail. We are new to Placerville and when my daughter's truck needed some repair work done our paving contractor recommended The Auto Analyst. They fixed my daughter's truck, and were very good at explaining everything so we could understand it. They were patient with any and all questions we had. They are very friendly, and made us feel like we had been a long time loyal customer even though it was our first time there. We have since used them for our other vehicles. It's nice to know that no matter how their day is going, they are always friendly and helpful. Oh, and their coffee and cookies are great too!

My step dad recommended I take my truck to Hahn's after I was quoted by a Sacramento shop at $370.00 to replace a part that caused a failed smog check and was quoted $590.00 for a full tune up. Hahn's replaced the part, did the tune-up and oil change, checked brakes and rotated tires for $598.00! Not to mention their front office person Christi was very helpful, friendly, and attentive over the phone. I'm from Sutter Creek, but live in Sacramento and will try to do all my servicing/repairs at Hahn's. I saved over $500.00 dollars taking it here instead of Sac Auto (16th Street) and Hahn's did more than Sac Auto would have. Saved money and got more done! Highly recommend!!
