Expertise, and honesty mixed with courtesy and friendliness. The whole crew are amazing, such a wonderful bunch of guys. They explain everything your car needs and why you need it before they begin repair. I have never felt like they tried to up sell me or repair something that wasn't needed. The office is clean and very customer friendly. We've been loyal customers of Wentworth for over 5 years and will continue to take our cars there. Karla Goodman
