I had them performed an engine swap in my Jaguar. The job was complicated because I had a Corvette 5.7L engine used to replace the 4.0L Jaguar engine. The job was completed in 2 days without any problem. Other shops that wanted the job asked for 7 days at least. I'm glad I found these guys - they are now mechanic for life. Good job!!! I will highly recommend you to everyone.

I arrived at the Santee, CA location for my appointment on Monday. The representative looked at their computer and requested when I had made the appointment. I was then informed that the technician who does air conditioning won't be in until Saturday! It was fairly obvious this was the first time the appointments were checked. If the appointment had been checked earlier, I could have been called. This is poor customer service. It would appear you need to update your website so that occurrences such as this would not be allowed. That is, if a technician is not available, do not let the appointment be scheduled.

So grateful - I thought it was the end for my VW Golf and had it towed to Frank. He was able to fix it quickly and inexpensively. I trust and respect him. He is a true professional and lucky to have him here in Vista.

As a new comer to the area i was so glad to have found Autotyme. It is a dependable, punctual, honest and truly reliable place to have your Toyota and Lexus automobiles serviced. Luckily I own one of each of these brands and their care is fully entrusted to the good folks at Autotyme. I am particularly pleased with the honest assessment of the situation and the cost effective solutions offered without any attempt to upsell their services. No doubt, I highly recommend them.

All I can say is that I am pleased. Not only was I able to get in quicker than going to the dealership, I got better service and a lower price tag. Art has a new loyal customer. They figured everything out that was going on with my Chevy Traverse and did it FAST! Thank you for everything!

What can I say? Unbelievable service from Dan (the owner)! He personally stepped in and made a horrible situation bearable. Our daughter wrecked her beautiful BMW (which we purchased from Dan). She took it to the BMW dealership and they wanted $$$$ to fix it. I called Dan and he immediately started working to help me out. He studied the estimate from BMW, researched the parts needed to fix her car (way past office hours), and gave me an estimate of what he thought the repairs would run. And it's not a surprise it was a fraction of the previous estimate! Dan set up the tow, ordered the parts and fixed my daughter's car in less than a week. It was short of miraculous! On top of the incredible service, Dan threw in a personal 'car class' to educate our daughter how to properly take care of a car. Dan, we are so thankful and full of gratitude for everything you have done for us. You went above and beyond to help us out of a terrible bind. This place is run by a bunch of con artists, I would not buy a car from them. I would definitely go to a bigger lot/company to make your purchase. They will not tell you the price of a car unless they run your credit first. Pretty shady.
