After four tows back and forth to their shop and a fifth to the shop that actually fixed the problem they don’t want to pay for what it costs to fix what was damaged caused at their shop, instead just want to offer a refund. This is like if they didn’t fix your brakes properly and you crash, they would just offer a refund on the brake job and not the damage caused by their negligence. It cost $650 to repair what their mechanic messed up and they want to offer me a $380 refund. Be aware, this company takes no responsibility for their actions. Off to small claims I go...

I bring all of my vehicles here and continue to do so even though I now live several cities away. The crew at Bradley always goes out of their way to do the job right, make sure I know exactly what my cars need and explain exactly why. They are always willing to help me with rides and even put cold bottled water into my car when I came to pick up on an especially hot day. That type of service typifies everything they do.
