Am general service near Rocklin, CA

I brought my 2010 Jeep Wrangler in for transmission issues about a year or so ago. Less than 5 months later, my Jeep began leaking really bad again. About 5 months later like clockwork, my Jeep started leaking bad for the third time. In my opinion, I believe they did not do a complete and thorough check of all potential leak problems or they lack the skillsl to do the job right the first time. I won’t go back to these people again

We were on a trip to see family when our engine started over heating. We putted our way to the nearest high rated mechanic. As soon as the mechanic arrived we got a price quote, and promptly began working on our vehicle. The time went over what was estimated but the price did not. He was very thorough and explained everything that was happening with our vehicle. We liked the transparency when with the large bay window looking into the shop. So I am college aged and have a busy schedule with little to no knowledge of car care or maintenance/upkeep and I LOVE coming here for my oil changes! Such great customer service, people who actually care! They have the best prices around , cleanest and nicest facilities with experts in whatever repair/maintenance needs you may have. This is the only shop I will take my car to get worked on and don't let the name fool you, it's more than brake and alignment work, they do everything! From the small stuff like oil changes or alignments to the bigger things and anything you may need. Last time I got my car an oil change one of the mechanics Miles, even went as far as to clean my foggy headlights so they look brand new, for a very reasonable price! Going to a small shop like this one is far better than going to one of the big corporations, like Midas or Jiffy Lube. Shops like that only care about taking your money (I know this from experience), Roseville Brake and Alignment actually cares about your car and the work they put into it, and are always honest. The employees are always friendly and my car always comes back with no problems and in a timely manner. The owner, Paul is very friendly and always reasonable. I was in a major bind, as my car broke down at work. I'm a single mom with one car so it was super important to have my problem solved and I've always been wary of being tricked into spending more money than necessary. Eric saved the day for me! He could have told me that I needed more work done, and I would have believed him. However he was patient, honest, on time and fair! He came to me (I didn't want to call a tow truck) and was exactly on time. If I ever have a car issue, this will be my go-to place. I'd give them 100 stars if I could. Very very highly recommended! Time and again I have received excellent car service at Exclusive Motors, as a single woman I've been taken advantage of in the past by other mechanics. Roman was recommended to me and the first time I took my car in he earned my trust. What I thought was going to be a very expensive trip to the mechanics turned out to be minor and inexpensive.
