ok, well, i just suddenly appeared at the shop, because my car had trouble starting. being a dummy, i thought it was my battery, but, when i explained the attempts and the clicking, he knew the exact problem. i can always trust the guys at the shop. i have an old car, and they have been doing the upkeep for years now. it is a toyota truck, so it is priceless to me, and they always fix it with a smile! heros!

For the last 3 times I have taken the car in for something big, it has always needed something more the next day. The limited hours (no nights or weekends) make finding a time for service difficult. Gary et.al. are accommodating about giving me a ride if the job requires several hours which I appreciate, but it is hard to get the shop to make repairs if I can't get the car in early on a weekday morn. appreciate car being washed after being worked on.

20+ years I've lived in Los Angeles and have had my Benz worked on far and wide. If I had only known Kevin at MZB West. By referral I have taken several cars to him and my own and have always left feeling satisfied and relieved. Satisfied because the quote is always itemized AND prioritized and relevant. This place is awesome. I was looking for a place near me that could perform an alignment on my 2007 Ford escape. The manager there (Don) gave me a great deal, presented me with excellent customer service and treated me like a human being. Amazing work. The owner Kenni is an amazing woman. It makes me feel so comfortable taking my car somewhere to get an oil change especially being a woman because I know they will always be honest with me. I will always come here for any of my car needs.

I bought my Pontiac brand new in 1988. 277,000 miles later it's starting to have a few problems, especially with the fuel injection and passing smog. IS&R fixed its current issues in one day and charged far less than I had expected to pay. Good work done quickly for a fair price. Now I'm trying to decide which of its other problems to have them look at next. Craigs great to work with as well!!!

I was on vacation with my family and I had a tire that kept losing air. This place hooked me up with a new tire valve and got me back on the road in no time!
