Got in a collision July 1. Here we are on Sept 10 and my car still is ... read more Got in a collision July 1. Here we are on Sept 10 and my car still is not done properly. I was originally promised the car on 8/13, but that was delayed a day or two due to a previously unknown bent axle. Picked it up 8/15. Immediately noticed several issues, including parts not painted and dents not repaired. Brought it back to them 8/20. Went over everything with them. Picked it up again 8/29. Only half of the noted repairs were complete. Picked it up again 9/4. Still had issues with paint, part alignment issues, etc. Picked up again on 9/10. Still missing parts, paint, body seams not properly fitted, electrical still not working, lights unplugged…List goes on and on. Steve has been very apologetic and even put me in a rental the last couple of weeks but it’s not enough. I have the car back and will push my insurance company to finish the job somewhere else. Take it back once...it happens. Twice, maybe they were busy. But 5 times and still not right? Go somewhere else.
