They explain everything your car needs and why you need it before they begin repair. I have never felt like they tried to up sell me or repair something that wasn't needed. Gary and Sharon have done it again! I have been going to their original shop Aero Auto for almost two decades because of their extraordinary service. They recently bought this shop, which is a little closer to my house, so I took my car in here last time. They have done a lot of work to fix it up so it looks nice inside and out. It's so nice to have an auto repair shop that is clean and professional. Sadly, it is still somewhat difficult to find shops that treat women with respect. But that is definitely not the case here! They have created a friendly, comfortable environment for anyone needing their car repaired. And with the free coffee and WiFi, maybe I'll just hang out next time I need my car fixed!

I brought my 2008 Porsche Cayman S to have the bumper repainted. Bumper looks great but they damaged the wiring harness while performing the work. They didn't report the damage to me when I picked the car up so it wasn't until my car went to the dealership that I had found out about it. They initially denied that they were responsible. Then they demanded I bring the car to them to fix damage. Now they don't return phone calls. I've had good experiences at other Bumper Doc locations. The management here lacks integrity. Buyer beware!
