Tire repair service near San Dimas, CA

Last week I had the alternator replaced on my 1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria and had this car smog checked. This was the second time I have had work done on this particular car but in the past they serviced a 1990 Lexus LS 400 that I used to own. Decided to give this repair shop a chance since it's close to my house. The facility was clean and the manager Jonathan was very courteous. Oil change was done in reasonable time and price was great since I was able to use coupon. Jonathan was patient enough to answer any dumb questions I had after the service. Great shop!

This company doesn’t take responsibility for damage caused by negligence of their mechanics. After four tows back and forth to their shop and a fifth to the shop that actually fixed the problem they don’t want to pay for what it costs to fix what was damaged caused at their shop, instead just want to offer a refund. This is like if they didn’t fix your brakes properly and you crash, they would just offer a refund on the brake job and not the damage caused by their negligence. It cost $650 to repair what their mechanic messed up and they want to offer me a $380 refund. Be aware, this company takes no responsibility for their actions. Off to small claims I go...

I brought my BMW Z4 here and had excellent service! The entire experience was positive. They are upfront with costs, and I paid less than what they estimated. I saved $1000.00 from the dealer's quote. I was able to talk directly with the mechanic and the owner. They really care about providing quality service and making sure the customer is happy. A few days after the repairs were completed, my car began stalling so I called them. The issue was not related to what they had done, but they came and rescued me from the side of the road, took the car in, found the problem, repaired it and only charged me for the part. No labor charge! I highly recommend Schnider Motors for your BMW repairs!!! I know I will definitely return for any and all of my BMWs service.

1 year ago my brother-in-law referred me to Midas Diamond Bar after I told him I felt the Toyota dealer I had been going for 3 years up-sold some unnecessary services to me. Since then this place has been my go-to shop for all my car maintenance and repair. The staff (Nitin) was really nice and very honest. Doesn't try to push some unnecessary services to you. Got a flat and got it towed here because it was close to Cal Poly. People here are really nice and they fixed my tire for free!
