This company doesn’t take responsibility for damage caused by negligence of their mechanics. After four tows back and forth to their shop and a fifth to the shop that actually fixed the problem they don’t want to pay for what it costs to fix what was damaged caused at their shop, instead just want to offer a refund. This is like if they didn’t fix your brakes properly and you crash, they would just offer a refund on the brake job and not the damage caused by their negligence. It cost $650 to repair what their mechanic messed up and they want to offer me a $380 refund. Be aware, this company takes no responsibility for their actions. Off to small claims I go...

Great Service!

Very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. They should change their name because they do much more than just tuneups and lube jobs. And, as a bonus, they are quick and friendly. One of the employees even offered to give me a ride there and back when my car had to be kept for a few days.

Staff was helpful and did not try to haggle me with ridiculous prices or false claims. Once I was going to be late for work with two flat tires. Luckily I was close to this place and they were willing to take me in. Once the repair and rotation of the tires were done, I was charged nothing! That's right nothing, I couldn't believe it. We have been taking our cars to Clutchmasters for the past year or so and have been robbed. I know sometimes mechanics have pretty hefty charges for minor work but they charged us $125.00 to make a small adjustment to the idle on her CR-V and then it only took them 5 minutes to do this. I had them change my clutch, slave cylinder and master cylinder on my focus and they charged me almost $800.00 for this. After 10 months these parts broke and needed to be replaced again, the warranty was only 6 months. They charged me another $517.00 to replace them the second time. When I got my car back from them the second time it was still not running properly but I will not take my car back there ever again. Trust these reviews because Clutchmasters are definitely thieves.
