Jorge of Baja's auto tech has done several jobs for me over the last year. He has been honest with me and given me a good price every time. He has not tried to convince me to do something that doesn't really need to be done. He trouble shoots problems like a master mechanic should and only does what makes sense to do. When I first came to California a year ago, my clutch ground completely away from my 1999 VW Jetta and I needed a repair. I was expecting to pay $800, but was billed only $630! Al was terrific and my car drives great now. Al and Jeff at expert mobile have a combined 60 years of experience (I asked) and have incredible service. Since then I go to Al for everything, knowing I will walk away with great service, at a low price, and that he got the job done quickly. I recommend Al to anyone in need of a trustworthy mechanic. (He even helped explain to me that I didn t need some repairs that would have cost me a lot!)

I continue to bring my cars to Ender because he always gives the best service for the best price. I have older cars which need maintenance to run safely and a newer car- out of warranty. Ender always checks for recalls, recommends future repairs (but will let me know when they have to be done- unlike other shops which replace and charge for repairs which aren't really warranted). He has diagnosed problems that the Nissan dealership couldn't find- and when I brought it back to the dealer with Ender's comments, then miraculously they "found the problem". I trust this shop and have gone there for over 15 years.

This is the ONLY place I take my Porsche. Don and his team provide excellent service. An example : My alternator went out & after a night on the trickle charge I thought I could make it over. Unfortunately my care died only a few blocks away. I explained my situation to Don and he sent a mechanic over with an extra battery to assist me in completing the journey to the shop.

We needed our neglected vehicle all better. Steve and his team looked things over and did everything we needed to get back on the road safe. Thanks, guys!

Jaclyn and her team are the best. I have 3 cars that I bring to her for all the services and they do an outstanding job. Just recently I brought a vehicle in for a major repair and I was leaving on a business trip. Once the repairs were made, Jaclyn drove it up to my home in San Francisco to personally deliver it to my wife while I was away. Now that's top notch customer service. A friend recommended this shop and I drove there .Although it was far from San Jose I am glad I did that . They did a good job and fast and were very courteous... This is the place I will return again and again! I am very impressed on how they handle the entire process of my car trouble. I was changing out my drive belt and ac belt, not only their price was more than reasonable but their work was spot on! I was able to get in and out fast. Also ask for an oil change while I’m there and it was not a long wait at all! They were upfront about the cost and give me a detailed break down. They also warned me about taxes and fees that may apply later at check out. No hidden cost that will surprise you later.
