I took my jeep in for a smog pre-test and it didn't pass. The owner, Larry, was incredibly rude from the get go. When I told him I was on disability and living in the jeep and that I needed an estimate on the repairs saying that it would cost at least $250 to qualify for the program that helps low income people get an extension and help paying for the repairs, he laughed at me and wrote me an estimate for $190 to come in and get yet another estimate on how much it would cost to fix it. Thanks for your great customer service and incredible compassion.

I was heading up to Yosemite for a fun weekend, until the muffler of my generator fell off. So I called on Saturday morning at 7:30am expecting to reach a message machine. All of a sudden the mechanic answered my call, I told her my issue, she had me come in at 8am, she fixed my muffler, and I was on the road by 9:00am. Completely surprised me and the rest of my weekend was amazing. Prices were definitely fair too! Thanks again!
