Brought in my car because of leak causing smoke, diagnosis with multi... read more Brought in my car because of leak causing smoke, diagnosis with multiple leaks, but one was the culprit, fixed a leak that wasn't causing the smoke, 25miles later brought it back in for the SAME issue, was told that it was a different leak, but coming from the same place (very questionable). Seems like the traditional mechanic shop trying to get as much out of it as possible. Prices charged are comparable to dealers. I feel cheated, and will not return or recommend. I live in the area and wanted to do local business.

The vehicle failed the SMOG retest. Totally lost confidence in that place. I will now have to go to DMV and ask them to send me to one of their recommended auto centers to get the repair done.
Shady shop in Glendale must avoid. I went in for some new tires. They ... read more Shady shop in Glendale must avoid. I went in for some new tires. They continuously changed the price quote and switched tire brands. They insisted that I need an alignment and new control arm bushings or they won't provide warranty on the new tires. I allowed them to change the bushings and do an alignment and after a couple of days the car drives terribly. It pulls to either right or left side at highway speeds and intermittently there is a wobble on the front right wheel side. I took the car back and after their "mechanic" test drove they tell me I need new brake rotors and need new brake system. This is so bogus because when they worked on my car initially they said everything is fine we checked brakes, etc, etc, etc. My car was driving fine before they worked on my car! I just needed new tires. So now my car has a wobble and alignment is off and they wont fix the work they did. They want to charge me for more things that I don't need instead of replacing the cheap aftermarket bushings they put in. Really sad just avoid this place. Just let them fix your flat tires nothing more. CHECK THEIR BBB! ALL THEIR STORES HAVE 'F' RATING AND THE GLENDALE LOCATION DOES NOT EVEN HAVE BBB! How is this shop still open I have no idea...
