Joey is excellent! He is quick and accurate when diagnosing your car and explains everything very thoroughly. I've had issues on the road before and contacted him at odd hours and he responded quickly! Which shows he just isn't in the business to get your repair money he is genuinely concerned and wants to keep your car running great. For the past 4 years I have been going to American Tire Depot. The pricing is reasonable. Everyone there is professional....polite, easy going. The guys there are on it!...your in and out! My wife’s expedition blew a heater hose while at Coffee Bean with steam coming out from under the hood she drove next door to American Tire. The guys “T” as in Mr. T was very helpful, even assisting her a tow to the dealer through AAA (garages don’t typically assist you going elsewhere, but they were helpful). Upon arriving to assess the problem I realized the “new” heater hoses are not hoses at all but rather multisegment manifolds. I felt comfortable with everything explained, they confirmed that the parts were available and it would be done by the end of day and it was. Very happy with the service and how we were treated. 5 star all the way!

Bunch of Lazy Ass baboons. Took forever, somewhere close to 20 days and didn't do a single thing with car. Didn't even have the courtesy to call and inform what is going on. I am paying these idiots to work on my car. They are not doing it for free. So if I were you, take your car somewhere else. Not worth the wait, as these jackasses don't reserve any respect or work order. If you still want to go-ahead and spend your time, effort and money, be my guest. You will sure feel the pain on your holes.
