This place was great. At the time I went, about 6 months ago, it seemed that the brothers had recently teamed up on this new smog-check business venture. One of the brothers was there when I arrived and he was incredibly enthusiastic. He offered me reading material and a coke while I waited--- I turned him down, but the gesture was very sweet. Overall, the guy did my job quickly and efficiently and with an ardent desire to please his customer. What more could you ask for? And he was open late-- hence how I ended up there after passing mulitple closed smog check only sites after work.

This place is a scam and rip me off.... took my car in for not starting. they piggy back a connector to my fuel pump relay and charged me for something that it was not even replaced!!!! found out from another shop when the car have the same issues and symptoms. DON'T TAKE TO THIS PLACE!!! call them and never call me back. DO NOT TAKE TO THIS PLACE!! THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF THE OWNER IS A CROOK!!!

I have my own Porsche car with white color. I often travel so far for entertainment. One day on the way to my office my car stopped suddenly & didn't start. I was helpless what to do. Then I had a phone call to this car shop. In few hours some mechanics came & took my car to the shop. Then my car was serviced properly. The oil filter was chocked due to more carbon particles. I was thankful to Orange Motors.

Went here on a referral with a coupon to have AC service. Mechanic did a good job , didn't try to up charge me. Honesty and integrity very much appreciated don't find that with a lot of mechanics these days!

What I love about this place is that they are courteous and helpful. I called and spoke w/ Bill the manager told him my issue, brought my car in and because it was just a minor issue I was in and out in about 30 mins or less!!! I will definitely take my car back there!

Very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. They should change their name because they do much more than just tuneups and lube jobs. And, as a bonus, they are quick and friendly. One of the employees even offered to give me a ride there and back when my car had to be kept for a few days.

Star Auto Service is amazing. They really do the job right and take care of their customers. From the shuttle service to calling and giving me updates, I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even gave me a loaner car -- a Mustang which is considerably cooler than the minivan I left for repair. I've had a problem with an automatic side door that wouldn't stay open. The dealer spent an entire day and insisted I'd have to replace the whole door. I brought it to Star Auto and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. ok, well, i just suddenly appeared at the shop, because my car had trouble starting. being a dummy, i thought it was my battery, but, when i explained the attempts and the clicking, he knew the exact problem. i can always trust the guys at the shop. i have an old car, and they have been doing the upkeep for years now. it is a toyota truck, so it is priceless to me, and they always fix it with a smile! heros!

For the last 3 times I have taken the car in for something big, it has always needed something more the next day. The limited hours (no nights or weekends) make finding a time for service difficult. Gary et.al. are accommodating about giving me a ride if the job requires several hours which I appreciate, but it is hard to get the shop to make repairs if I can't get the car in early on a weekday morn. appreciate car being washed after being worked on.

About 6 months ago I went to LA Auto Smog and Repair for my brake lamp. I got a salvage car so I needed a smog check inspection station in Los Angeles CA 90001. I went to Edgar and he got it all taken care of.
