Had my 93 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4 at Performance Auto and could be happier with the service. The mechanic was polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The only problem I have is I'm moving to Oregon and my old girl will surely miss this shop. Kurt Devincentis

I brought the tire to get repaired. When the work was done, I asked how much I owned them because I did not purchase the tire at this store. The manger said it did not cost me anything. Came here because I had a flat tire. But not only that I needed an oil change so this individual camilo took care of me really fast. Staff was helpful and did not try to haggle me with ridiculous prices or false claims. Once I was going to be late for work with two flat tires. Luckily I was close to this place and they were willing to take me in. Once the repair and rotation of the tires were done, I was charged nothing! That's right nothing, I couldn't believe it. Best customer service and auto service ever! I've gone to multiple auto shops from Santa Barbara to Riverside and I had yet to receive the customer service I got here and auto service.
