Shady shop in Glendale must avoid. I went in for some new tires. They continuously changed the price quote and switched tire brands. They insisted that I need an alignment and new control arm bushings or they won't provide warranty on the new tires. I allowed them to change the bushings and do an alignment and after a couple of days the car drives terribly. It pulls to either right or left side at highway speeds and intermittently there is a wobble on the front right wheel side. I took the car back and after their "mechanic" test drove they tell me I need new brake rotors and need new brake system. This is so bogus because when they worked on my car initially they said everything is fine we checked brakes, etc, etc, etc. My car was driving fine before they worked on my car! I just needed new tires. So now my car has a wobble and alignment is off and they wont fix the work they did. They want to charge me for more things that I don't need instead of replacing the cheap aftermarket bushings they put in. Really sad just avoid this place. Just let them fix your flat tires nothing more. CHECK THEIR BBB! ALL THEIR STORES HAVE 'F' RATING AND THE GLENDALE LOCATION DOES NOT EVEN HAVE BBB! How is this shop still open I have no idea...

Got a flat and got it towed here because it was close to Cal Poly. People here are really nice and they fixed my tire for free! 1 year ago my brother-in-law referred me to Midas Diamond Bar after I told him I felt the Toyota dealer I had been going for 3 years up-sold some unnecessary services to me. Since then this place has been my go-to shop for all my car maintenance and repair. The staff (Nitin) was really nice and very honest. Doesn't try to push some unnecessary services to you. The staff was friendly and performed the alignment check quickly. I was concerned about possible frame damage on a used car that I was considering purchasing and they directly addressed my concern about that issue instead of simply telling me the car was aligned well. While waiting outside, they got a chair for me to sit in, so that was nice, too. Chris Morris

I have always taken my vehicles to the dealers for service but this place came highly recommended and so I gave it a try. The service and price were great. The owner and office staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and the price savings when compared to the dealership is significant! Bonita P

This company doesn’t take responsibility for damage caused by negligence of their mechanics. After four tows back and forth to their shop and a fifth to the shop that actually fixed the problem they don’t want to pay for what it costs to fix what was damaged caused at their shop, instead just want to offer a refund. This is like if they didn’t fix your brakes properly and you crash, they would just offer a refund on the brake job and not the damage caused by their negligence. It cost $650 to repair what their mechanic messed up and they want to offer me a $380 refund. Be aware, this company takes no responsibility for their actions. Off to small claims I go...

This is one place on where I will be a FOREVER Customer and Loyal at that. Today I had the wrose most horrible day dealing with a set of bad companies that deal with tires. I was out and about for almost 8 hours trying to get my tires replaced due to one of them having a Bad Factory tear on the inside of the tire. I got here at 6:45pm, right before they closed and this AMAZING WONDERFUL Gentleman asked me how I was doing and was super sweet to hear what happened. He said he was sorry for what happened and that he would be happy to help. Within minutes of getting there, the guys out in the garage did the alignment, changed out all 4 tires and also told me that I had 2 other problems with the Tire area and helped me in every way to get my car back on the road safe for me to drive. It took these gentlemen 40 min.s to get it all done right. They helped me with everything, got me a warranty on the tires and more. I couldn't have been anymore happier, they made my day better. Thank you guys for the help and can't wait to come back to get more service done on my car. Krystel Carrilo
