I have my own Porsche car with white color. I often travel so far for entertainment. One day on the way to my office my car stopped suddenly & didn't start. I was helpless what to do. Then I had a phone call to this car shop. In few hours some mechanics came & took my car to the shop. Then my car was serviced properly. The oil filter was chocked due to more carbon particles. I was thankful to Orange Motors.

I saved $100 on tires by coming here and I'm glad I did. I ordered a set of 4 tires and made the appointment on their website (which included a $20 off promo for booking online) I made the appointment on Sunday and had it scheduled for Tuesday AM as they would have to order them and they wouldn't arrive till Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon I called to confirm my appointment for Tuesday morning and Charlie let me know my tires would arrive in the next hour and that they were available to install now if I was interested. I dropped the car off and 1 hour later I had 4 new tires installed. They even had a nice shine to them. The paperwork was taken care of quickly. Charlie in the office was helpful and courteous. I brought the tire to get repaired. When the work was done, I asked how much I owned them because I did not purchase the tire at this store. The manger said it did not cost me anything. I used to go to a mechanic close to my house and discovered that they usually did not completely fix the problem and kept repeating that my car is old and will not last very long. That was three years ago. I started going to Lima Auto and found out that driving a little bit is definitely worthwhile. Chris and Mike are honest and reliable in all they do. If you come in with a problem and they deem it minor, they let you know. They never exaggerate the problem and their cost is reasonable. They are courteous and work with integrity. If and when I have mechanical/car issues, I really stopped worrying because I know and trust Chris and Mike to help me.

My charger rides so good after the tune-up they gave me, I had a very long drive so I decided to get a tune-up first, so glad I did! They do amazing work!

I brought in my BMW 530i and received marvelous service. I had a chance to speak with one of the mechanics when I first brought my car in, and he was very attentive and on top of things. Throughout the whole process Swiss Motors kept me updated on the scope of work and the cost. When they found issues in addition to the main problem I brought my car in for, they let me know what it was, how important it was to fix, and what the cost would be. I never felt at all pressured to add anything, and I never felt like I was being upsold - all that Swiss Motors cares about is getting your car fixed efficiently and cost effectively, and keeping you updated every step of the way. I needed a rental in the meantime while my car was being repaired, and even though Swiss Motors doesn't offer loaner cars there is a Hertz super close by that worked out just fine. And ever since I got my car back from Swiss Motors it has been running like a dream.
