I had what amounted to a dashboard warning light (and some kind of high-pitched squeal from the engine), just prior to a long-distance trip with my BMW X5. Hugo and team moved me up the line to get it sussed out, figured it was a loose gas cap, sent me on my way under the quoted price and 24 hours ahead of schedule. I trust these guys - TRUST. They tell you what exactly you need and when you can wait. Service has always been great, and they are more than friendly. Very hard to find an auto repair shop this good. Ken B. Oak Park
