These guys are awesome Francisco has the best customer service he's staying after closing to solve a problem with my dad's ac. The cost isn't worth staying after but he goes above and beyond. This is my new place to bring my truck and refer my friends and family to, not only is it low priced service they are also honest. My wife’s expedition blew a heater hose while at Coffee Bean with steam coming out from under the hood she drove next door to American Tire. The guys “T” as in Mr. T was very helpful, even assisting her a tow to the dealer through AAA (garages don’t typically assist you going elsewhere, but they were helpful). Upon arriving to assess the problem I realized the “new” heater hoses are not hoses at all but rather multisegment manifolds. I felt comfortable with everything explained, they confirmed that the parts were available and it would be done by the end of day and it was. Very happy with the service and how we were treated. 5 star all the way!

The work was completed quickly and had no problems.

I recently brought my car in to Chuck Mercier Union 76 because it didn't pass the smog test. I spoke with Gary, and told him my situation. He was more than willing to help me out. He fixed the problem and my car ended up passing the smog test. He is very smart, knowledgeable, and professional when it comes to cars. My family and I have been coming to this place for years and the service has been nothing but wonderful! If anyone is trying to find a good mechanic, try this place out. You won't regret it.

The staff was friendly and performed the alignment check quickly. I was concerned about possible frame damage on a used car that I was considering purchasing and they directly addressed my concern about that issue instead of simply telling me the car was aligned well. It was my first time going to The Great American Auto Center in Burbank and the reason I chose this Auto Center was because of so many good reviews I saw about Mr. John the owner of this Auto Center. I had a few deep scratches on my Honda Accord. John greeted me with a friendly smile and answered and explained to me in plain English how he would repair these scratches. John looked courteous and honest, and right off the bat he said to me that he will fix my car scratches at no cost to me because I'm a retired person, and I was amazed when I heard that. While I was waiting in his auto center, he spend about an hour repairing the deep scratches and touch up paints and the work he did looked great. I tipped him some but he didn't wanna accept the tip from me either. Mr. John is amazing and nicest guy in this type of business I've ever met. He's very professional and knows his work. I would definitely recommend John to anyone needing work done on their cars. From now on I'm his customer and he's my friend. Thank you John, Roobik V.

I would have to say that they are the best at what they do. I took my car wrecked from the accident. They towed my car for free to their shop and started on the paperwork right away. Not only they are honest, they are also reliable. In only 3 weeks I had my car back, in perfect condition. A+ to Pristine Auto. God forbid I have another accident, Pristine is my body shop!

Established in 1992. This business is a family owned and operated auto repair shop. In 1991 Alfonso Gonzalez left his regular day job as an auto mechanic to work on cars at home. Just having a couple of customers a day helped him pay the bills and his recently purchased home. In 1992 his amount of customers grew and was able to open his official licensed auto repair facility in the city of Hawthorne CA, for the next 5 years the businesses boomed from one bay to a 3 bay, 1500 square foot facility, not having enough room he was forced to move to a 2500 square shop in Inglewood, CA. Ten years later he moved to 1129 S. La Brea. Inglewood CA. with 10,000 square foot lot and 4 employees Universal Auto Service still offers great prices and an awesome customer service.

What I love about this place is that they are courteous and helpful. I called and spoke w/ Bill the manager told him my issue, brought my car in and because it was just a minor issue I was in and out in about 30 mins or less!!! I will definitely take my car back there!

Went here on a referral with a coupon to have AC service. Mechanic did a good job , didn't try to up charge me. Honesty and integrity very much appreciated don't find that with a lot of mechanics these days!
