I became a customer for life for two reasons, Customer Service and Price. I've been to many repair shops in So Cal over the years and have yet to ever experience the utter dedication to a customers real needs. Not only the value, but the quality of that value. I don't know how they do it in this day and age, when anywhere else charges 30%-40% even 50% higher in labor. JT's Automotive offer the best labor rates I've honestly ever come across, and trust me I'm not one to write reviews. In fact I would rather keep the best kept secret for auto maintenance & repair in Ventura County to myself (because who enjoys waiting for anything...). However, I feel that I owe it to this shop to let people know how unbelievably cool it is to have a place to take my vehicles without any concern for anything. I know it will be done right, and fast, and for the best price anywhere. Hats off to all those guys over there, they make things not feel so bad, in an age of high priced everything... keep it up man!

My first visit for maintenance after my Mercedes warranty expired. The experience was overwhelmingly positive. Herbert has a professional calmness that exudes knowledge and confidence. You are immediately aware that you and your car are in good hands. Herbert's fees are fair and he will tell you exactly what your car needs- and perhaps more importantly, what your vehicle does not need. A day after installing a tow kit onto my car, the turn signal fuse kept blowing. Took it back to the tow hitch company but they couldn't find a problem. Took it to a general auto repair place where they charged me $105 to replace a couple fuses but said they could not see any problem. Finally, I say ok - I am going to take it to a professional place - MAN, AM I GLAD I DID and GLAD I WENT HERE. This guy is Excellent. Reasonable price, fast completion time, friendly service. Gives me faith in the auto repair industry that there are actually nice, honest repair places. If you need repair of electrical, don't go to a general repair cause they probably know as much as you.... take it to this place... you will be glad you did.

Sami is the best. When I got locked out of my Benz, he got it open, made new locks and keys and didn't charge the crazy prices my AutoClub membership would have. He knows cars. Glad I know Sami. -Liz Sherman Oaks

My charger rides so good after the tune-up they gave me, I had a very long drive so I decided to get a tune-up first, so glad I did! They do amazing work!

20+ years I've lived in Los Angeles and have had my Benz worked on far and wide. If I had only known Kevin at MZB West. By referral I have taken several cars to him and my own and have always left feeling satisfied and relieved. Satisfied because the quote is always itemized AND prioritized and relevant.
