Came for oil change even though it was busy my car was finished in a timely manner very pleased bringing my car here for service.

I don’t know how to review this mechanics shop. I had a full brake job done on my van. The back brakes squeaked afterwards and they replaced all the parts and did the job completely over again. Then the front brakes were faulty, my steering wheel wobbled like crazy. They had to re-do the entire job on the front. This is two separate appointments, for a total of 3 times in the shop. My conclusion is this: If they had used quality parts to begin with, I would not have experienced this. Either that, or they never even replaced the brakes, they didn’t do the work at all, took $1845 and ripped me off. They didn’t show me any bad parts, didn’t offer to show me or give me my old parts back. The office gal is wonderful and tries very hard to make sure the customers are happy. They did fix the problems in the end. But it took too much of my time, too much of my lost money not working, and too much trust is lost. Overall review: WOMEN BEWARE. I think they are taking our money and not doing the job.

Last week I had the alternator replaced on my 1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria and had this car smog checked. This was the second time I have had work done on this particular car but in the past they serviced a 1990 Lexus LS 400 that I used to own. This place is awesome. I was looking for a place near me that could perform an alignment on my 2007 Ford escape. I took a 2004 Kia Optima to AER quite a while ago. I did some shopping around asking other Mechanic shops for prices and what they do. I settled with AER because they gave reasonable prices. After i left them the car, it took them maybe 2 days to call me back and tell of the additional parts my car needed and gave me a revised estimate. It was a bit more that i had thought it would be but i agreed to continue with the work. Starting from day one, it took them a little less than two weeks to repair my Kia. To this day I have not had any problems with them. Thank you AER for a great service.
