I scheduled installation for several days later. The next day, I changed my mind and cancelled the order, but JT refused to credit back my credit card for over $1000. I am still trying to get my money back. This is not an ethical company, folks. I would avoid them unless you like to donate your money to them and get nothing in return.

It took three attempts to install the alarm because he didn't have the correct parts. The alarm goes off whenever someone touches the car. All I wanted was an alarm that goes off when the doors are opened. I wish I had went to the dealer. I would have paid a high price, but I would have gotten what I wanted.
