I recently had service done to my motorcycle and I filled out a survey there, but just in case it gets lost I would like to thank everyone who helped me. I can't remember all the names, but Melissa, Drew are 2 of the people who helped. I don't want to leave anyone out, so please extend my thanks to all. Your staff has outstanding customer service skills and should be commended. As I said before, word of mouth is a VERY powerful advertisement, and I will tell everyone I can about your store and why they should go to you first. Thank you again, and whatever my bike needs, I will get from you.

My very first time here was for a factory recall my Honda had on it and it was for the swingarm, service was great then and every time I have been here I am treated like family. This is the friendliest, courteous and knowledgeable store by far I have ever been to.

I am a buyer for my work, and always shop around for everything. Not only did the old Motopro and Pacific Motorsports beat prices, they were good people after the sale. I usually work on my own stuff except when I get stumped, then I'd go to Motopro first. PM was always great for parts and help. Thanks.
