Joey is excellent! He is quick and accurate when diagnosing your car and explains everything very thoroughly. I've had issues on the road before and contacted him at odd hours and he responded quickly! Which shows he just isn't in the business to get your repair money he is genuinely concerned and wants to keep your car running great. I highly recommend him to anyone who typically goes to a dealer, if you want the one on one attention and a great relationship with your mechanic head to Joeys! I trust my BMW in his hands 100%

I saved $100 on tires by coming here and I'm glad I did. I ordered a set of 4 tires and made the appointment on their website (which included a $20 off promo for booking online) I made the appointment on Sunday and had it scheduled for Tuesday AM as they would have to order them and they wouldn't arrive till Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon I called to confirm my appointment for Tuesday morning and Charlie let me know my tires would arrive in the next hour and that they were available to install now if I was interested. I dropped the car off and 1 hour later I had 4 new tires installed. They even had a nice shine to them. The paperwork was taken care of quickly. Charlie in the office was helpful and courteous. I drive back and forth between Northern and Southern California quite a bit. I drive a 2001 Toyota Corolla without AC. Anyone that has ever driven the 3 hour drive down the 5 freeway in the summer knows that's awful without AC. My friend from Huntington Beach recommended d and s and they did a great job. The owner, Steve was very direct, and he showed me the parts he had taken out to let me see exactly what I was paying for. His wife handled my paperwork and was super sweet and cheerful. I would recommend.

For as long as I've been taking my car to the team here, which is about 6 years now (this was previously a Nappa, with the same team), I have always been listened to genuinely and given considered, expert recommendations for my old car. It's thanks to them that it keeps on going!! Managers Albert, Mitch and the mechanics are top notch, friendly and so helpful! They take the time to listen and explain. At first, having just moved to LA, I used to cross-check their recommendations with a friend who owns a repair shop back where I used to live. Every time, he agreed with the basis for their assessment, plan of action, and price. As an example of their honesty, there was one type of repair that, for the type of car I have, is apparently best done by the dealership, and they told me that up front, rather than just doing the repair themselves without telling me and leaving me with the chance that the car may not work as it should. They have never been pushy and they help me prioritize what needs to be done and what can wait. They have sometimes gone out of their way to help me. The friendliness and reliability with which I'm treated here makes this Napa shop a valuable part of my sense of community here in Hollywood. Went here on a referral with a coupon to have AC service. Mechanic did a good job , didn't try to up charge me. Honesty and integrity very much appreciated don't find that with a lot of mechanics these days!

Excellent mechanic shop I finally found to take my Sprinter Vans for service in Los Angeles Much better than dealerships. Nice people, expertise work, convenient location, fair price. No Wonder that they have so many cutomers

We used to have a family friend fix all of our vehicles but when he moved out of state his brother didn't do much for us. So we started to see Paul at American Tire Depot on Magnolia and he and his team really took great care of our vehicles. The staff was friendly and performed the alignment check quickly. I was concerned about possible frame damage on a used car that I was considering purchasing and they directly addressed my concern about that issue instead of simply telling me the car was aligned well.
