This company doesn’t take responsibility for damage caused by negligence of their mechanics. After four tows back and forth to their shop and a fifth to the shop that actually fixed the problem they don’t want to pay for what it costs to fix what was damaged caused at their shop, instead just want to offer a refund. This is like if they didn’t fix your brakes properly and you crash, they would just offer a refund on the brake job and not the damage caused by their negligence. It cost $650 to repair what their mechanic messed up and they want to offer me a $380 refund. Be aware, this company takes no responsibility for their actions. Off to small claims I go...

Went back to ATD saw alex and Tony, They got me in and out for another full synthetic oil change. Took care of my car and got me back on my way. Love this place. These guys the staff and the mechanic on duty are awesome. Aaron Doolittle

I have my own Porsche car with white color. I often travel so far for entertainment. One day on the way to my office my car stopped suddenly & didn't start. I was helpless what to do. Then I had a phone call to this car shop. In few hours some mechanics came & took my car to the shop. Then my car was serviced properly. The oil filter was chocked due to more carbon particles. I brought my BMW Z4 here and had excellent service! The entire experience was positive. They are upfront with costs, and I paid less than what they estimated. I saved $1000.00 from the dealer's quote. I was able to talk directly with the mechanic and the owner. They really care about providing quality service and making sure the customer is happy. A few days after the repairs were completed, my car began stalling so I called them. The issue was not related to what they had done, but they came and rescued me from the side of the road, took the car in, found the problem, repaired it and only charged me for the part. I work in The Automotive Repair Industry and This is the shop I go to and refer all my friends to. 2 weeks ago I had an issue, bent a rim and damaged a tire. I was able to bring the car in And get it repaired correctly and without any Problems. They deliver beyond 5 star service. Here's what you need and why. Shady shop in Glendale must avoid. I went in for some new tires. They continuously changed the price quote and switched tire brands. They insisted that I need an alignment and new control arm bushings or they won't provide warranty on the new tires. I allowed them to change the bushings and do an alignment and after a couple of days the car drives terribly. It pulls to either right or left side at highway speeds and intermittently there is a wobble on the front right wheel side. I took the car back and after their "mechanic" test drove they tell me I need new brake rotors and need new brake system. This is so bogus because when they worked on my car initially they said everything is fine we checked brakes, etc, etc, etc. My car was driving fine before they worked on my car! I just needed new tires. So now my car has a wobble and alignment is off and they wont fix the work they did. They want to charge me for more things that I don't need instead of replacing the cheap aftermarket bushings they put in. Really sad just avoid this place. Just let them fix your flat tires nothing more. CHECK THEIR BBB! ALL THEIR STORES HAVE 'F' RATING AND THE GLENDALE LOCATION DOES NOT EVEN HAVE BBB! How is this shop still open I have no idea...
