I got my latest set of new (Michelin Defender) tires today along with alignment on my 2013 Prius. The car noise levels, steering, and ride are much improved. It's too early to give any comments now let me drive few hundred miles then I'll be able to give any comments. So far everything seems to be OK.

Took them over two weeks for the repairs. Asked them to keep us updated, but never did. Only when we called did we find out about delays parts needed to be ordered, etc. $5K worth of work, I think it's okay to expect to be treated a bit more professionally.

I think you overcharged me with the oil change service. For the same service in other places, I only paid $60-$65.

Last week I had the alternator replaced on my 1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria and had this car smog checked. This was the second time I have had work done on this particular car but in the past they serviced a 1990 Lexus LS 400 that I used to own. I took my car for valve adjustments and was told that one of my piston was broken so I removed the head to find out that was not true. They took my $180 that could have been for the valve adjustment. Would not recommend this place. (657) 347- 6402. SMH

Excellent customer service at this American Tire Depot, I didn't had no problem at the first tire depot in Torrance on Hawthorne Blvd when I purchase my tire set but after today I'm really disapointed I called a appt for my tires to be rotated the guy was able to give me the appt the same day I was happy but meanwhile my truck was getting a oil change @ the dealership which took almost 2hrs instead of 1hr so made me late to my appt at American tire depot in Torrance so I get there and the guy didn't want to help me at all because it was almost 3 o'clock and had 4 cars ahead of me. I wouldn't mind to wait but he didn't even offer me. Instead he wanted to give me an appt for tomorrow, so I started calling all the American Tire depot around my area and found me the 1 in Hawthorne in Rosecrans Ave the guy who answer my called told me to come in and was going to help me with my rotation and they sure did help me ASAP when I got there and was out in less then a 1hr thank you guys so so so much for your help. ok, well, i just suddenly appeared at the shop, because my car had trouble starting. being a dummy, i thought it was my battery, but, when i explained the attempts and the clicking, he knew the exact problem. i can always trust the guys at the shop. i have an old car, and they have been doing the upkeep for years now. it is a toyota truck, so it is priceless to me, and they always fix it with a smile! heros!

I had got myself a used Honda Accord from Okuma Enterprises nearly two years ago, and am really impressed with the way my car runs even now I thought to write this review. To put it precisely, my experience of buying a car from Okuma was simply outstanding. They got me my car at an excellent price and the way it runs even after two years of driving it every day to work is just fantastic. Just want to convey my deepest thanks to you people.

AWESOME SERVICE!! I worked with John and he got the job done fast, all while trying to find ways to help me save some money since this repair was out-of-pocket for me!!
