Clearly, there is someone at Carwood Car Wash going through glove boxes. If that were not bad enough, my wife had to stop the individual cleaning the car from spraying the front car window on the inside. She had made it clear that we have cameras (a Subaru) and spraying actually can damage the cameras, per the dealership and the car manual. We talked to Abel about the parking permit, but he insisted his staff would never do anything wrong. The pass was in the car when my wife drove there. When she left, it was gone. Shame on Abel and same on the person who stole it. My wife gave the staff a generous tip and the staff felt it was okay to steal from an old lady. My wife has taken the car there for years.

My son went there for a free car wash and the guy washing the cars asked if he could remove my son's antenna for the car wash. My son told him he could. They guy then came back and asked my son if he could just "break it off". My son told him no and got in his car and left. Later that night he noticed the plastic on the antenna was missing pieces and broken. That is why the car wash guy asked him if he could "break it" because he had already broken it while trying to remove the antenna. My son went back and the man there, obviously in charge, denied he was the owner or manager. My son asked the employees who the manager was and they would not tell him. He returned the next day and one of the workers pointed out the manager (the man from the previous day who denied being the manager). My son went over to him and told him he knew he was the manager and the man got angry and said "who told you, I'm the manager?" My son told him he was not going to tell him. He got the man to reluctantly look at his car and he barely glanced at it and said "old damange" and walked away. My son followed him, still trying to explain to him what happened. The man told my son to leave or he was going to call the police and my son told him to go ahead and call them. He told my son to stop trying to get something for nothing and to work for his own things. I can't believe this is how someone is going to do business. We are talking about a $30.00 antenna. Do not give this company your business. They will not take responsiblility for any damage they do to your vehicle. We do not need people who do business like this in our city.
