Clutch repair service near Bennett, CO

I have used this shop without any issues for a couple years. I get peppered with text messages to bring my car in. When I finally needed an oil change, I made an appointment online. Brought my car to the shop on Quebec and my car and wasn’t on the calendar. The guy at the front desk offered to squeeze my car in, but it would take all day, which is what I was trying to avoid. He actually seemed frustrated with the system and said I needed to call next time. I double-checked the confirmation and I had the correct date, time, and location. So, owners, why are you the last operation during the pandemic that hasn’t figured out online appointments? Really frustrating.

Avalon has been fantastic, honest, shares knowledge and offers guidance, excellent mechanical repairs at reasonable rates. We purchased an Audi from a small dealership that did not share all the problems it had. Avalon worked with us to assure auto is safe and running well. I have been ever so happy with Toy Doctor. They not only provide very knowledgeable, technical and accurate maintenance for my car, but they provide one of the best customer service experiences in the city of Denver. Rachel, Chrissy and Cody are spot on when it comes to providing service to the customers. Artie is out and about and I know he is the umbrella over everything at Toy Doctor. I have used this shop 3 or 4 times over the past 12 years. I have had clutches replaced in Front wheel drive vehicles and a Jeep. Early appointments for me equaled same day service. Family owned. Knowledgeable people. Have recommended to friends, who also have used with no complaints.

Work was completed on time and in a professional manner. Nick was straightforward in assessing the issue, and kept us in communication throughout the process. We would highly recommend Urban Auto Care to anyone.

Charged $140 for the WRONG diagnosis. Quoted $2000 for the work, which wouldn't have fixed it anyway! Went elsewhere and got my car running again perfectly for $400. These guys are either scammers or extremely incompetent. In either case, AVOID THIS PLACE!

Do not ever go there. It is the worst shop on town. All I wanted done was to have my plugs changed. Jeep has never run right since. Jeep was test driven before service, ran fine, plugs were installed and test driven, said to be fine until I drove away and the ran very rough. Service manager was rude and would not fix the problem they had create. Do not go there.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!Why would you open a transmission shop if you can't even fix transmissions?In 6 weeks of trying they haven't fix my transmission.Jeff the owner spend his day fielding complaints on how much they suck and a few calls convincing people he can do the job in three days which these guys couldn't fix a transmission if you gave them 3 months!!!I came and refused to leave till they fixed mine right,no speedometer,leaked,didn't shift,step on brake and the car kicks forward,very dangerous!after 9 hours there I drove 50 miles and all the fluid ran out and fried the tranny,now I have to pay another shop to fix it and sue all American to try and get my money back! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! • • •
