My wife's 1999 Ford Escort had a problem with its timing belt. We took it to a certain blue and gold auto repair shop on the same street and was told our water pump was to blame. Guess what? The Ford Escorts are designed so that the water pump has no contact whatsoever with the timing belt. We were lied to by that shop. We took our car to Jim Paris instead and got great service. They immediately identified the defective timing belt and honored the warranty on it even though we didn't buy it there. They also repaired some associated issues at no additional charge. I highly recommend Jim Paris and I will go there first next time I need car work done.

The guys are friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest about telling you what needs work now and what you should consider down the road. I went in for a simple headlight issue. They fixed it quickly and I felt the labor and part costs were fair based on my research. The customer service was great, and they have a military discount. I will certainly be back in the future if I need more car help.
