Chevrolet service near Broomfield, CO

I took my car into Lowes and had exceptional service by both Chris and Mike. They are extremely honest and very patient in answering questions, etc... They are very knowledgeable, too. I recommended them and their shop to another honest mechanic who is local, so that he could refer his customer for jobs that Lowes might be able to accomodate. Women who are wary of 'car shops' don't need to be with Lowes; very, very honest staff! Thank you...count me as a new customer.

Great customer service and excellent work!

I have used this shop without any issues for a couple years. I get peppered with text messages to bring my car in. When I finally needed an oil change, I made an appointment online. Brought my car to the shop on Quebec and my car and wasn’t on the calendar. The guy at the front desk offered to squeeze my car in, but it would take all day, which is what I was trying to avoid. He actually seemed frustrated with the system and said I needed to call next time. I double-checked the confirmation and I had the correct date, time, and location. So, owners, why are you the last operation during the pandemic that hasn’t figured out online appointments? Really frustrating.
