Customer service was a bit of mix and not consistent. The repairs that were done by Accurate on my vehicle were not accurate and I'm still running into the same issue. The first suggested repairs did not work, so I came back for the 2nd time. They suggested something else, for that replaced and still didn't address the initial issue - so I paid for 2 separate charges and didn't help fix my car. I don't have confidence that they will be able to accurately diagnose and repair if I were to bring into my car again, and then having to pay for another separate charge on something that doesn't have to be replaced.

By far the best detailing shop I have used for my exotic. Exceptional attention to detail and care. I highly recommend all their services. Michael's professionalism is only topped by his knowledge in the detail business.
