James and West Highlands Auto repair were unbelievably helpful and were beyond fair in a variety of ways. Although my car repairs ended up costing far more than I imagined- they worked with me to find ways to reduce the overall cost and took it upon them selves to fix additional technical problems eating the labor and parts costs- what mechanics would do that? James has wonderful customer service skills, is kind, professional and really is dedicated to leaving the customer happy. He's a really nice guy.

Ken Hall in the last week- Just had my 2005 Dodge Ram engine completely rebuilt. Took a bit longer than expected, but well worth the wait. It has never run better, even as new. Picked it up Friday, and headed straight for elk camp. The increased power is amazing. I am getting 3 miles more per gallon, and that's with only 500 miles on it thus far. These guys really know their stuff. I would highly recommend then for anyone needing diesel or auto service.

Bring your BMW or German Auto HERE!!!! - This was the most positive experience I have ever had with a mechanic and I have had BMW's for over 30 years with different mechanics and you really are grateful when you get a GREAT one...there are few GREAT ones out there...my last mechanic was the best BMW mechanic I'd ever worked with...and these guys top Him.....Mike is a gifted engineer and Jerrod and Nikki are exceptional in their customer service...They were never rude or condescending and I felt like they worked with me through any difficulties and believe me, in my situation, there were many difficulties. The group at AGG were receptive, understanding and prompt. Being new to Colorado, I didn't want to take me car to the dealer and had been ripped off by so many mechanics until I found these guys. They are VERY busy so be patient with them and they will really help you out.......you won't be disappointed.....nobody else is going to give you this kind of service...from customer service follow up to repairs....this is the top shop......

These guys are fabulous! They got me in and taken care of with no problem. Everything was explained very carefully and the work was performed on schedule. I have only brought our cars in a couple times, but Chuck and his sons have been fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and their prices are lower than any other quotes I got on small and major work I had them do. Last spring while I was waiting in the lobby my son, who has type 1 diabetes had very low blood sugar that I couldn’t keep up after using all of our snacks and juice. I took one of their sodas from the lobby cooler and that did the trick, thankfully. I mentioned to Chuck that he had never had soda before because we try to stick with healthier foods- but when it gets dangerously low you grab whatever you can. Today, 4 months since we were in the shop, we had an appointment and he had gone to the store and bought apples, cookies, and water and said he was thinking of my son and wanted to be sure he had options to choose from if he needed anything. These are more than great mechanics, these are friends, and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

Awesome! I really hate mechanics, because a lot of them can be dishonest. But, these guys are right on target in customer service and knowledge. John and Luke are far to be the best of the best. Please do not let the words warranty fool you! This is how Superior Engines has gotten people sucked in. The owner Scott, is actually very rude. He will find anything and everything to not warranty his work. By the way he promises his cars that leave his shop will always pass emissions. He's a liar. Please do not trust this business. He also requires 1/2 money down. A good shop does not. That is just fishy. He has an A with the BBB only because you will get an A if in good faith you try to resolve the issues. So, we're supposed to let him for a second time let him do what he should have done the first time??? For 1/2 of what you paid the first time? REALLY??? If the customer declines for him to do the work again for 1/2 price, they take it that he gets an A and the situation is resolved on his part. Is that right? NO! Please if I can keep one more person from getting taken advantage of then this worked. SCOTT IS A CON MAN!!!!!!!!!
